I just worry that I'm going to forget a photo with important person in my life and don't want to look back and regret anything. What's really throwing us off is the travel time. The good thing about us meeting at the Hotel that afternoon is that all of the bridal party member cars will already be at the reception / hotel at the end of the night. The downside is that is add an 1/2 hour or so in travel time before we can take any park photos. It'll work out...I've calmed down. I just had a minor freak out moment! ha ha. It was bound to come! I think a picture with all the guys and all the ladies would still be great. As overwhelming as it may seem now it's amazing how it all will fall into place as long as you don't over think it. Part of the reason they turn out to be such good shots is because they were not planned ahead of time!! You can always have a few suggestions (wedding party crossing the street) but I would let the majority of it fly. More personal opinions: I don't think you need a shot of you and each of your wedding party members individually. You have 18. That will be a lot of photos!! You will capture a lot of the bridal party just by doing the all of the settings you have planned. Getting group shots of family and siblings is a good way to go as well rather then a ton of individuals. You could always break folks out in smaller groups as well ie: You and parents, you and siblings, etc. I bet you could get all or the majority of the family to arrive early to the church. If a few can't make it that early, you can always grab those shots in between things.
