Favorite Flowers

Grandma Mary Backscheider’s wedding bouquets included Spider Mums and I’m hoping I can incorporate something similar in my wedding day flowers. My other favorite flowers are Gerbera Daisies, Cally Lillies and of course, Roses.

    Hi Char! Thanks so much for the nice note and checking out my site. It’s been fun logging all the process and hearing from friends, family, and guests like you that have found my site along the way. As much as I love the Gerbera Daisies, we ended up with the Chrysanthemum (white spider mums) since it is a fall / winter wedding and the dresses are black. (the white will POP more!). Plus, the spider mums have more meaning for us since Grandma used them in her wedding. (yes, I’m a sap!) I wish you the best in your wedding planning.     I love the white spider mums. I’m thinking of using them but in the green. My dress are also black and my last name is Weber…crazy!
